Toddler-Friendly Pumpkin Overnight Oats

We partnered with Amy, picky eating and toddler expert behind @yummytoddlerfood, to create a simple make-ahead breakfast that even your littlest ones can enjoy. She came up with this toddler-friendly pumpkin overnight oats recipe! It's nutritious, easy and yummy - our three favorite things. 

Makes 2 Kid-Sized Servings!

Ingredients:

  • 1 scoop Healthy Height vanilla
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup pumpkin puree
  • 2 TBSP instant oats
  • 1 TBSP hemp or chia seeds

Directions:

  • Stir all ingredients together
  • Place into air tight containers
  • Refrigerate overnight
  • Serve cold
