Sunshine Smoothie Bowl

- 2 scoops Vanilla Healthy Height shake mix
- 1 cup frozen mango
- 1/2 a yellow squash
- 1/2 tbsp coconut oil
- 6oz unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- 1/2 tsp golden monkfruit
- Optional Toppings: sliced apples, walnuts or kiwi
Blend ingredients until smooth
Serve in bowl with toppings of choice
