Snacking Made Simple: Oatmeal Raisin Cookie Bars
The best bars can be eaten for breakfast, served as a snack or even had just before bedtime. That’s what we love about these simple oatmeal raisin cookie bars. They come together in no time at all, are super yummy and can be enjoyed any time!
- 2 scoops of Chocolate Healthy Height shake mix
- 1 ½ cup dates, pitted
- 1 cup walnut pieces
- ½ cup raisins
- ½ cup oats
- Add ingredients to a food processor or a blender. Pulse until ingredients form a dough-like consistency. *Adding more or less of an ingredient until you get the right texture.
- Spread the mixture on a baking sheet or a pan with edges and refrigerate.
- Slice into 6 bars before serving.
