Apple Berry Smoothie

This fruity and refreshing smoothie is a great way for your child to get some fruit with their Healthy Height!


  • 1/2 cup vanilla yogurt
  • 2 scoops of Healthy Height Vanilla
  • 1/2 banana, 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 large apple
  • 1 cup raspberries
  • 1/2 cup ice


  1. Chop large apple into small slices
  2. Add all ingredients to blender
  3. Blend until smooth
  4. Enjoy!
