Nutritious No-Bake Cake Batter Dip

Need a healthy after school snack your kids are excited to eat? Sprinkles = Success! Try this nutritious no-bake cake batter dip from our friend Caroline, Registered Dietitian and Child Nutrition expert behind @theclinicdietitian

Ingredients:

  • 1 scoop Vanilla Healthy Height 
  • 1 15-oz can garbanzo/chickpea beans
  • 1/2 cup nut butter of choice (cashew works best!)
  • 1/4 cup real maple syrup
  • Milk, to achieve desired consistency
  • Sprinkles, or add-ins of choice

Directions:

  • Rinse and de-shell chickpeas
  • Add chickpeas plus remaining ingredients into a food processor and pulse until smooth
  • Add toppings and enjoy with animal crackers, fruit or any dip-able food of choice!
