Nutrient-Dense Mini Donuts

Have a selective eater that needs additional nutrition support? Make a nutrient-dense mini version of a food they love! 

These mini baked donuts offer extra protein, vitamins and minerals compared to a standard donut recipe. It's a great option for parents trying to pack nutrients into their picky eaters' favorite breakfast, afternoon snack or dessert.

  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 2 scoops vanilla Healthy Height 
  • 1.5 cups whole wheat flour
  • 1 cup oats
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 1/3 cup unsweetened applesauce
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp baking powder


  • Blend all ingredients together in a food processor
  • Pour into mini donut (or mini muffin) pan
  • Bake at 400 F for about 12-14 minutes
  • Serve as they are or top with your favorite nut or seed butter and hemp hearts!
