Round out your picky eater's lunchbox with a "treat" like this!
Prep & Serving Size:
Makes 4 servings
- 2 scoops Vanilla Healthy Height
- 3/4 cup quick oats
- 1/4 cup natural almonds
- 1 Tbsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup nut butter of choice
- 4 pitted dates
- 3-4 Tbsp water
Combine oats and almonds in a blender or food processor until they form a flour-like mixture
Add remaining ingredients (excluding water) and process until combined. The mixture will be crumbly.
Add water one Tbsp at a time and combine until mixture forms a dough
Press dough firmly into an 8 inch dish lined with parchment paper, and allow to cool in the fridge before cutting into 16 squares
- For a nut-free, school-safe version, replace the almonds with an extra 1/4 cup of oatmeal, and use wow butter in place of nut butter!

Nutrition to Help Kids Grow - and Sleep!
Every year our team of Pediatricians at Schneider Children's Medical Center have 20,000 visits from children with issues relating to growth. Our doctors wanted to find a non-invasive way to help children grow and the nutrition in our shake mix is the result of their efforts. The nutrition in our shake mix was shown in a clinical study to promote growth in 6 months, as well as improve sleep patterns in kids who take at least 1 serving per day.
