Zucchini Banana Oatmeal Muffin Cups Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 2.5 cups oat flour
  • 1 cup oats
  • 1 scoop Chocolate Healthy Height
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 bananas
  • 4 tbsp maple syrup
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 zucchini, grated
  • 1/3 cup chocolate chips

Directions:

  1. Wisk together your wet ingredients - except zucchini
  2. Add your dry to the wet
  3. Fold in zucchini and chocolate chips
  4. Bake a 350F in greased muffin tins for about 20 mins
