Healthy Height Yogurt Ideas for Kids

- 1/2 cup of plain yogurt

Tips:
- For younger children greek yogurt works well because the mixture is thicker and easier for the child to feed him or herself with a spoon.
- For thicker yogurts, like greek, start by mixing 1/2 scoop at a time until all powder is mixed in. Or mix the 2 scoops of Healthy Height in with 2 tablespoons of water or milk and then mix that into the yogurt.
