Flourless Peanut Butter Protein Cookies

Turn your kid's favorite cookies into a nutritious snack or dessert! The Bella Bella Show on YouTube showed viewers how to make peanut butter protein cookies with Healthy Height (and no flour!).

These soft and chewy homemade cookies are kid-approved! Get the flourless peanut butter cookie recipe below and watch Chef Bella walk through the steps.

Ingredients:

  • 5 scoops vanilla Healthy Height
  • 1 egg & 1 egg white
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter (or nut butter)
  • 1/4 cup light brown sugar (or coconut sugar)
  • 1 tbsp flaxseed
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp pink salt (or kosher salt)
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • Optional: chocolate chunks

Directions:

  • Preheat oven to 350 F
  • Combine peanut butter, eggs, brown sugar, flaxseed, vanilla extract and salt in a bowl and stir
  • Mix in baking powder, Healthy Height and chocolate chunks
  • Scoop onto baking sheet
  • Bake for 5-7 minutes, depending on oven
  • Enjoy!
