Check out this fun recipe from Melanie over at @cleanlittleplates. She combines Vanilla Healthy Height with ingredients you definitely have in your home right now. Perfect for a breakfast smoothie and a fun recipe for kids to get in the kitchen!

This vanilla oatmeal protein smoothie is packed with nutrients to help your little ones grow. The oatmeal will help to fill them up and keep them full until it’s time to eat again. The banana pairs perfectly with our vanilla shake mix adding a touch of sweetness, but not too much. Did you know our flavored shake mixes only contain 3 grams of sugar? Significantly less than other brands. While our plain shake mix has 0 grams of sugar.

This kids smoothie recipe is created with pantry staples which is great in colder months when you don’t want to run out to the store for only a few ingredients. If you don't typically buy chia seeds you can feel free to leave them out. They won’t have any impact on the taste.

We hope you enjoy this kid-friendly oatmeal protein smoothie. Let’s get cooking!

Nutrition to Help Kids Grow - and Sleep!

Every year our team of Pediatricians at Schneider Children's Medical Center have 20,000 visits from children with issues relating to growth. Our doctors wanted to find a non-invasive way to help children grow and the nutrition in our shake mix is the result of their efforts. The nutrition in our shake mix was shown in a clinical study to promote growth in 6 months, as well as improve sleep patterns in kids who take at least 1 serving per day.
