Chocolate, Banana and Oat Cookies

These tasty cookies, created by Hannah, of California Toddler, will give your sleepy little one a very good reason to get up in the morning!

  • 2 bananas
  • 1-1/2 cups of rolled oats
  • 1 large scoop of Chocolate Shake Mix
  • 3 tbsp melted coconut oil
  • 2 tbsp ground flaxseed
  • 1 tbsp cacao powder
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

Tools Needed:

  • Bowl
  • Measuring Tools
  • Fork/Spoon
  • Baking Sheet
  • Parchment Paper or Silpat
  • Oven


  1. Preheat oven to 350 and mix and mash all ingredients together in a large bowl.
  2. Scoop the batter onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or a Silpat. Flatten down slightly to make circles or using your hands, form into hearts. Place in oven and cook for about 15-20 minutes.
  3. Cool slightly & serve! These can be stored in the fridge for about a week. (I like to heat them up a little in the toaster oven right before serving!)
