Blueberries & Cream Bedtime Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup vanilla Healthy Height 
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1 cup frozen wild blueberries
  • 1/3 cup oats

Directions:

  • Blend all ingredients together, pour, and enjoy!
